Privacy information

This page describes the current browser-local condo explorer, updated 23 October 2026.

What is stored in your browser?

Your shortlist, resident display name, chosen building, manually entered Instagram handle, optional uploaded portrait and comments are saved in local browser storage. They are not submitted to a BKKwish community backend or shared with other visitors. Clearing storage removes them. Data saved on bkkwish.com and www.bkkwish.com is separate because browser storage belongs to each origin.

How can I remove my information?

Use the resident profile’s remove option to clear the local community profile and posts, remove entries from your shortlist, or clear the site’s browser storage. Browser storage may remain on a shared device until removed.

Which external services receive requests?

Cloudflare hosts the site and processes normal web requests. Geographic map providers receive tile requests, which can reveal your IP address and the requested map area. Following a Google Maps or Instagram link opens that external service under its own policies. Entering an Instagram handle does not authenticate with Instagram.

What happens if I email BKKwish?

Messages sent to andrew80911@gmail.com are delivered through email services rather than the browser-local app. Include only information needed for your question or correction.
